There was a time in my life, not so long ago, that I was the ultimate mean girl to myself.  I was stuck in a cycle of self-hatred and nasty self-talk.  I truly believed that I was a piece of crap.  


When I decided my life had to change, I started with my self-talk.  I realized that I was never going to learn how to love myself while telling myself daily how useless I was.


That started me on my self-love journey and led me to discover positive affirmations.  However, they didn't work for me until I started using the methodology I teach in this workshop.  


Then, everything changed!  My life is dramatically different now.  And it all started with changing how I talked to myself.  I have never regretted my choice to improve my self-talk.
